Kerala Ayurveda reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) standalone revenue of Rs 1,756.58 lakhs versus Rs 1,611.35 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Standalone net loss stood at Rs 766.89 lakhs against Rs 793.44 lakhs loss in the prior quarter. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 3,319.29 lakhs from Rs 2,861.16 lakhs YoY, with a loss after minority interest of Rs 665.04 lakhs versus Rs 231.07 lakhs profit a year ago. Board approved merger of wholly owned subsidiary Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Centre with the company and granted 64,875 ESOPs at Rs 10 per share. Auditor issued an unmodified opinion.
Revenue is growing YoY but profitability remains weak. Subsidiary merger simplifies group structure with no share dilution. ESOP grant adds minor dilution.
