Kerala Ayurveda Limited reported audited standalone total income of Rs 10,341.97 lakhs for FY2026, up 32.8% from Rs 7,786.05 lakhs in FY2025. However, the company continues to incur losses with standalone loss after tax of Rs 1,496.15 lakhs (vs loss of Rs 1,387.69 lakhs in FY2025). Consolidated total income was Rs 14,535.69 lakhs, up 19% YoY, with consolidated loss after tax of Rs 2,041.47 lakhs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, but drew attention to significant trade receivables due from subsidiaries outstanding for more than 6 months. The company also appointed Mr. Alphonse Scaria as Internal Auditor and M/s SLR & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
Despite strong revenue growth of ~33% on standalone basis, the company remains loss-making with negative operating cash flow of Rs 2,505.15 lakhs, indicating serious cash burn concerns. The Emphasis of Matter on subsidiary receivables adds to investor caution.
