On the reaction day the stock moved 5.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.9 pts less than its Commodity Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, sales excluding GST rose 3.0% to Rs 51.70 crore, but profit after tax fell to Rs 1.20 crore from Rs 5.91 crore. First-half profit was Rs 1.71 crore versus Rs 11.82 crore, and operating cash flow was negative Rs 18.68 crore. The margin based on profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation also fell sharply, while finance costs rose to Rs 3.50 crore from Rs 1.06 crore.
Lower profit, weaker margins and negative operating cash flow are negative for shareholders and may weigh on the stock despite modest sales growth.
