Kesar Terminals board approved Q1 FY27 results. Revenue from operations rose about 32 percent YoY to 955.14 lakhs. PAT swung to a profit of 234.57 lakhs from a loss of 72.20 lakhs last year. Auditor issued a qualified conclusion due to ongoing litigation with Deendayal Port Trust over lease rent revision and transfer fees, which could materially impact future profits and lease assets. Prior year had a 3,648.83 lakh exceptional loss from sale of subsidiary KMLL.
Strong revenue growth and return to profit are positive, but DPT port litigation remains a key overhang with potential material impact on books.
