On the reaction day the stock moved 3.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Kesoram posted standalone and consolidated net losses of Rs 111.89 crore and Rs 25.87 crore. First-half losses were Rs 239.18 crore and Rs 125.21 crore after exceptional charges of Rs 242.15 crore standalone and Rs 89.81 crore consolidated, including Cygnet and factory land impairments. Consolidated revenue fell 7.8% to Rs 116.22 crore, and operating cash flow was negative Rs 51.89 crore. Auditors gave an unmodified review conclusion.
Large exceptional charges, continuing losses, falling revenue and cash burn are negative for shareholders. The stock may face continued pressure.
