For September 2025: consolidated quarterly revenue was Rs 55.17 crore versus Rs 58.71 crore a year ago. Six-month revenue rose 29% from Rs 125.99 crore to Rs 162.20 crore. Group lost Rs 25.87 crore in the quarter and Rs 125.21 crore for six months. Standalone quarter included Rs 108.10 crore of exceptional charges. Six-month operating cash flow was negative: Rs 40.43 crore standalone and Rs 51.89 crore consolidated. Auditor found no material issue.
Large losses, exceptional write-downs and negative cash flow point to financial stress and may weigh on the stock, despite higher six-month revenue.
