Keystone Realtors reported audited consolidated results for Q4 and FY2026. Revenue from operations grew 31.5% YoY to Rs 263,454 lakh for the full year, driven by strong quarterly performance where Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 159,597 lakh was nearly 3x the Q4 FY25 figure of Rs 58,485 lakh. However, profitability declined sharply — profit after tax fell 49.5% from Rs 18,813 lakh to Rs 9,495 lakh. Finance costs surged 53.6% to Rs 7,908 lakh, significantly compressing margins. Operating margin compressed to 1.57% for FY26 versus 9.2% in FY25, while net profit margin fell to 3.5% from 9.4%. EPS dropped to Rs 6.25 (basic) from Rs 13.85 in the prior year. The company also incurred a one-time past service cost of Rs 452 lakh due to new labour codes. Auditor Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Revenue growth was strong, but the sharp decline in profitability and margin compression may concern investors. Higher finance costs appear to be the key driver of earnings decline, which could pressure near-term stock performance despite the topline growth.
