Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee brand) announced its Q1 FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations of ₹27,312 Lakh, down ~35% YoY from ₹42,316 Lakh in Q1 FY25. Consolidated profit after tax fell ~36% YoY to ₹1,633 Lakh (from ₹2,565 Lakh), and EPS dropped to ₹1.15 from ₹2.16. Construction costs rose sharply to ₹30,060 Lakh from ₹24,280 Lakh, squeezing margins. On a standalone basis, revenue nearly halved YoY to ₹6,843 Lakh, with PAT of ₹1,360 Lakh vs ₹2,345 Lakh. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. The company also confirmed full utilization of ₹78,272 Lakh net QIP proceeds raised in May 2024, and noted that prior-period standalone numbers were restated following the merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Key Fortune Realtors effective March 2025.
Weak quarterly print with sharp revenue and profit decline, driven by lower real estate sales recognition and higher construction costs, is likely to be viewed negatively by the market in the near term. However, clean auditor opinion, fully deployed QIP funds, and a large unbooked inventory pipeline provide some comfort on the longer-term growth runway.
