Khadim India board approved issuing up to 10,68,182 fully convertible warrants at Rs 110 each (face value Rs 10), aggregating about Rs 11.75 crore, on a preferential basis. Promoter Siddhartha Roy Burman will get 2,27,273 warrants and the rest will go to 11 non-promoter entities. Allottees pay 25 percent upfront and the balance on conversion within 18 months. An EGM is scheduled for August 1, 2026 to seek shareholder approval. Board also appointed Mr. Sekhar Bhattacharjee as Independent Director for 5 years and approved continuation of Prof. Surabhi Banerjee post age 75.
Promoter participation shows confidence; small dilution risk on full conversion; potential supply overhang if warrants are later exercised.
