Khadim India Limited reported audited standalone revenue of Rs. 4,180.13 million for FY26 (up from Rs. 3,670.95 million in FY25), a ~14% increase. The company swung from a net loss of Rs. 142.02 million in FY25 to a standalone net profit of Rs. 51.95 million in FY26, aided by strong performance in the continuing footwear business and a demerger of its distribution arm into KFL effective April 1, 2025. The distribution business (now a discontinued operation) reported a loss of Rs. 149.07 million for the year. Statutory auditors M/s. Ray & Ray issued an un-modified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board approved re-appointment of Ray & Ray for a second consecutive 5-year term subject to shareholder approval at the 45th AGM.
Return to profitability is a positive signal, but negative operating cash flow and losses from discontinued operations warrant caution. The clean auditor opinion provides assurance on financial reporting integrity.
