Khadim India filed its FY25-26 Annual Report. Revenue declined to Rs 3,670.95M from Rs 4,180.33M a year ago, with EBITDA at Rs 472.85M (12.9% margin) and PAT at Rs 31.39M. Volume sales were 5.80 million pairs. The demerger of the distribution and manufacturing business into KSR Footwear Limited was completed during the year. The retail network stands at 851 outlets (189 company-owned, 662 franchisee). The Skechers pilot was scaled from 10 to 20 stores. Borrowings held in the Rs 110 to 115 crore range, and inventory days reduced from 137 to 125.
Weak year with falling revenue and thin profits; the demerger sharpens focus on branded retail and could support margin recovery if demand picks up.
