Khadim India Limited reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 835.6 million, down 10.9% YoY, with full year FY26 revenue at Rs 3,671 million, declining 12.2% YoY. Gross margin contracted significantly to 48.9% for FY26 from 54.4% in FY25, a decline of 550 basis points. EBITDA for FY26 stood at Rs 491.1 million with margin of 13.4% versus 15.6% in FY25. Net profit for FY26 was Rs 31.4 million with a thin margin of 0.9%. The company operates 851 retail stores with 78% through franchise route and has demerged its distribution and manufacturing business into KSR Footwear Limited. Management plans to expand stores in South India, West India, and Uttar Pradesh while maintaining its asset-light model.
The sharp revenue decline and margin contraction indicate significant operational challenges for Khadim. While the company maintains its position as India's second-largest footwear retailer with the largest franchise network, the thin profit margins and declining topline suggest near-term pressure on shareholder returns and stock performance.
