Khadim India reported Q2 and H1 FY26 results (ended Sep 30, 2025), reviewed with an unqualified opinion by Ray and Ray. The company demerged its distribution business into KSR Footwear Limited effective April 1, 2025; shareholders got 1.81 crore new KFL shares. Standalone continuing-operations revenue was around Rs 2,016 million versus Rs 2,120 million a year earlier. Profit from continuing operations was modest; the demerged business is shown as discontinued operations. A new internal auditor was also appointed.
Demerger isolates distribution into KSR Footwear; soft continuing-operations revenue and small core profit may draw investor attention.
