Khadim India reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations at Rs. 862.37M, down from Rs. 1,102.35M YoY. The company posted a loss of Rs. 1.74M from continuing operations in Q3 versus a profit of Rs. 62.81M last year. For 9M, revenue fell to Rs. 2,835.40M from Rs. 3,242.29M. An exceptional item of Rs. 18.20M was booked for impact of new Labour Codes. Distribution business demerger to KSR Footwear (effective May 2025) led to discontinued ops loss of Rs. 51.13M for 9M. Board also approved additional USD 30,000 investment in Bangladesh subsidiary.
Revenue decline and quarterly loss from continuing ops signal demand pressure. Demerger and Labour Code charge affect year-on-year comparability.
