The board approved results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Q2 revenue was Rs 230.65 crore, down 1.6%, and profit after tax fell to Rs 6.91 crore from Rs 22.41 crore. H1 revenue fell 31.0% to Rs 360.73 crore, with a Rs 19.72 crore loss versus Rs 42.90 crore profit earlier. The auditor found no material misstatement. One independent director was added and another resigned, with board and committee compliance maintained.
Lower H1 sales and a shift to loss are negative for earnings and sentiment. The clean review and compliant board changes limit governance concerns.
