Khazanchi Jewellers reported strong H1 FY26 results with revenue from operations rising about 26% year-on-year to Rs 95,234 lakhs (vs Rs 75,623 lakhs in H1 FY25). Q2 FY26 standalone revenue jumped roughly 46% YoY to Rs 54,860 lakhs. Profit before tax for H1 nearly doubled to Rs 5,174 lakhs, while profit after tax grew around 94% YoY to Rs 3,871 lakhs (vs Rs 1,998 lakhs). Basic EPS for the half year stood at Rs 15.64 versus Rs 8.08 a year earlier. Total assets rose to Rs 38,001 lakhs (from Rs 31,951 lakhs at March 2025), and the company generated positive operating cash flow of Rs 1,206 lakhs. The auditor (PSDY & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp topline growth combined with near-doubling of profits signals strong festive-season demand and improved operating leverage, which is positive for shareholders and likely to support the stock in the near term. The transition to Ind AS (first-time adoption) means reported numbers are on a new accounting basis but the auditor raised no concerns.
