Kiduja India reported Q1 FY27 results (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Revenue from operations fell sharply to about Rs 319.54 lakhs from about Rs 1,912.01 lakhs year ago. Profit before tax dropped to about Rs 7.43 lakhs from about Rs 158.33 lakhs. The statutory auditor flagged material uncertainty on going concern as the company has incurred losses for years, net worth is eroded, and liabilities exceed assets. Promoters have committed continued financial support. Board also appointed Ms Sapnakumari Thakur as Company Secretary.
Going concern flag with steep revenue decline signals serious financial stress despite promoter support; expect stock volatility.
