Kilburn Engineering reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising to ₹33,550 lakhs from ₹29,321 lakhs (~14% growth) and standalone net profit jumping to ₹6,199 lakhs from ₹4,027 lakhs (~54% growth). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew ~29% to ₹42,454 lakhs (boosted by the acquisition of Monga Strayfield Pvt Ltd as a wholly-owned subsidiary in Jan 2025), while consolidated net profit rose to ~₹6,261 lakhs. EPS stood at ₹12.24 standalone and ₹13.94 consolidated for the full year. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share (20%). The company also received an unmodified audit opinion from V. Singhi & Associates, approved voluntary delisting from the Calcutta Stock Exchange, and proposed listing on NSE for wider trading access. Standalone operating cash flow, however, turned negative at -₹1,878 lakhs due to higher working capital needs.
Sharp profit growth, expanding margins, and a dividend announcement are positive for shareholders, while the proposed NSE listing could improve liquidity. The negative operating cash flow is a watch item despite strong accounting profits, and the CSE delisting is largely administrative.
