Kilburn Engineering reported its Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹12,924.56 lakhs from ₹8,548.38 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (~51% YoY growth), and consolidated net profit jumped to ₹2,130.71 lakhs from ₹1,168.64 lakhs (~82% YoY). Standalone revenue grew ~48% to ₹9,467.35 lakhs and standalone net profit grew ~37% to ₹1,471.25 lakhs, with standalone EPS at ₹3.06 vs ₹2.56. The consolidated numbers are not strictly comparable to the prior year because the Monga Strayfield acquisition (Jan 2025) is included, adding inorganic growth. During the quarter, 9.5 lakh convertible warrants were converted into equity (₹1,182.75 lakhs raised), with another 30 lakh warrants converted post-quarter (₹3,735 lakhs). The statutory auditor V. Singhi & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report on both results.
Strong revenue and profit growth on both standalone and consolidated basis is positive for shareholders, though part of the consolidated jump reflects the Monga Strayfield acquisition rather than pure organic expansion. EPS is diluted by the warrant-to-equity conversion. The final dividend record date (19 Sept 2025) confirms a payout for FY25, which is a near-term positive for shareholders.
