Kinetic Trust Limited, a small NBFC, reported its Q3 FY26 results with an unmodified (clean) Limited Review opinion from auditor Sunita Agrawal & Co. Total revenue nearly doubled to ₹56.88 lakh from ₹27.99 lakh in the same quarter last year. The company swung to a profit of ₹13.65 lakh versus a loss of ₹3.65 lakh in Q3 FY25. Total assets grew sharply to ₹3,396.42 lakh from ₹2,039.19 lakh, driven mainly by a large increase in loans (₹3,151 lakh) and a near-doubling of borrowings (₹2,925 lakh). The board approved the results at its meeting held on February 13, 2026.
Strong top-line and return to profitability are positives, but the sharp rise in borrowings has pushed the debt-to-equity ratio to roughly 7:1, which is high and worth monitoring. Negative operating cash flow of ₹49.14 lakh shows the company is using debt to expand its loan book rather than earning from operations, so shareholders should watch asset quality and leverage closely.
