Kings Infra Ventures reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising to ₹12,382.12 lakhs from ₹9,041.15 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 37%. Profit after tax jumped to ₹1,315.37 lakhs from ₹776.70 lakhs, up nearly 69%, while EPS rose to ₹5.37 from ₹3.27. Consolidated PAT also grew strongly to ₹1,290.40 lakhs from ₹755.98 lakhs. Export revenue tripled to ₹3,338.80 lakhs, now about 27% of total sales, driven by new markets and direct customer outreach. The company invested ₹6.22 crore in its subsidiary Kings Maritech Eco Park, which has secured in-principle sanction for a ₹100 crore term loan for AI-enabled indoor aquaculture. Q4 FY25 standalone revenue grew 25% YoY to ₹3,184.03 lakhs with PAT of ₹282.44 lakhs. The board also appointed new internal and secretarial auditors and re-appointed an independent director for a second five-year term.
Strong revenue and profit growth with margin expansion signals improving operational efficiency, though negative operating cash flow of ₹408.33 lakhs and rising short-term borrowings warrant attention. Export-led growth and the Maritech subsidiary's ₹100 crore loan sanction point to a positive growth trajectory for shareholders.
