On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts more than its Dyes And Pigments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Following NSE queries, Kiri Industries clarified the proposed use of funds from 6,082,600 convertible warrants approved on September 29, 2026. It plans to use Rs 73.89235 crore within 24 months: Rs 50 crore for working capital, Rs 21.89235 crore for group company funding, and Rs 2 crore for general corporate needs. The funding covers copper and fertiliser projects and infrastructure.
Clearer funding plans may reduce uncertainty, but converting the preferential warrants could increase the share count and dilute existing shareholders.
