Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kiri Industries board approved issuing 60,82,600 convertible warrants to 3 promoter group members at Rs 475 per warrant (including Rs 465 premium), aggregating up to Rs 288.92 crore. Each warrant converts to 1 equity share of Rs 10 face value within 18 months. Warrants will form up to 4.98% of post-issue paid-up capital on a fully diluted basis. Issue is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. AGM scheduled for September 29, 2026.
Minor dilution risk as promoter stake rises to around 5%; warrants may convert to equity over 18 months.
