On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.3 pts more than its Dyes And Pigments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone revenue rose 34% year on year to Rs 194.62 crore in Q2 FY26, but standalone profit after tax was a loss of Rs 21.27 crore and EBITDA turned negative at minus Rs 9.92 crore, hurt by legal costs on the DyStar matter. Consolidated revenue grew 23% year on year to Rs 213.44 crore. The DyStar sale to Zhejiang Longsheng is still pending; long-stop date extended to December 1, 2025. Kiri stands to receive about USD 700 million from this sale.
Weak quarterly earnings and DyStar sale uncertainty may pressure the stock, but the expected USD 700 million proceeds remain a key catalyst.
