Kirloskar Ferrous Industries reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 1,589.88 Cr for Q3 FY26, down modestly from Rs 1,609.25 Cr in the same quarter last year. For the nine months, revenue grew to Rs 5,002.93 Cr from Rs 4,830.07 Cr (up about 3.6%). Standalone profit after tax stood at Rs 57.50 Cr for the quarter versus Rs 61.25 Cr a year ago, while nine-month PAT rose to Rs 245.61 Cr from Rs 221.72 Cr (up about 10.8%). An exceptional charge of Rs 17.57 Cr (standalone) was booked to reflect the impact of the new Labour Codes on gratuity and compensated absences. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per share (60%) and the company raised Rs 300 Cr via commercial papers during the quarter. On a consolidated basis, nine-month revenue was Rs 5,071.41 Cr and PAT was Rs 234.71 Cr.
Mixed quarter with a slight revenue dip and a one-time exceptional drag from the new Labour Codes, though nine-month earnings growth remains healthy. Shareholders get a 60% interim dividend, signalling cash generation strength despite margin pressure.
