Board approved Q1 FY27 (Jun 2026) unaudited results. Consolidated income rose to Rs 1,798.66 Cr from Rs 1,716.39 Cr. PAT from continuing operations was Rs 79.20 Cr vs Rs 238.22 Cr (last year had a large deferred tax credit). Exceptional expense of Rs 29.33 Cr booked for stamp duty on ISMT merger into subsidiary KFIL. Standalone PAT was Rs 7.12 Cr vs Rs 7.83 Cr. Board allotted 208 equity shares under ESARP 2019 and appointed Sandeep Gokhale as Independent Director for 5 years from 1 Sept 2026.
Steady operational growth; lower reported PAT due to one-time stamp duty cost and prior-year tax base effect. New director adds experienced oversight.
