Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kirloskar Industries Q1 FY27: Consolidated total income rose about 4.8 percent to Rs 1,798.66 cr from Rs 1,716.39 cr. PAT fell to Rs 78.75 cr versus Rs 238.34 cr (Q1 FY26 had a large deferred tax credit). Excluding exceptional item of Rs 29.33 cr for stamp duty on ISMT merger into subsidiary KFIL, PBT before exceptional items rose to Rs 134.30 cr from Rs 130.06 cr. Board allotted 208 shares under ESARP 2019 and appointed Mr. Sandeep Gokhale as Independent Director for 5 years from 1 September 2026.
PAT decline is largely a base effect from prior year tax credit; core operations are steady. Director appointment strengthens board expertise.
