Kirloskar Oil Engines reported strong revenue growth with standalone revenue up 24.9% YoY to Rs 5,646.83 Crores and consolidated revenue up 21.7% to Rs 7,701.01 Crores for FY26. Standalone net profit grew 13.3% to Rs 441.50 Crores while consolidated net profit rose 17.8% to Rs 557.72 Crores. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 4.50 per share (225% on face value of Rs 2). Exceptional items included Rs 32.45 Crores expenses for incremental impact of New Labour Codes (vs Rs 20.90 Crores gain from aircraft sale in FY25). The company transferred its B2C business segment to a wholly-owned subsidiary, KOEL Fluid Dynamics Private Limited, during the year. Statutory auditors G.D. Apte & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Strong revenue growth over 20% demonstrates robust business performance, though profit growth of 13-18% did not meet 25% threshold. Clean audit opinion with no going concern issues is positive for investors. Dividend yield remains attractive.
