Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs. 5,646.83 Crores for FY2026, up 24.9% from Rs. 4,520.72 Crores in the previous year. Consolidated revenue grew 21.7% to Rs. 7,701.01 Crores from Rs. 6,329.14 Crores. Standalone net profit increased 13.3% to Rs. 441.50 Crores, while consolidated net profit rose 17.8% to Rs. 557.72 Crores. Basic EPS on consolidated basis improved to Rs. 39.20 from Rs. 33.55. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share (225% on Rs. 2 face value). Exceptional items of Rs. 32.45 Crores (consolidated) were recorded for incremental impact of New Labour Codes. The company transferred its B2C segment to a wholly-owned subsidiary during the year.
Strong revenue growth above 20% with double-digit profit growth indicates healthy operational performance. The clean audit opinion and consistent dividend policy are positive signals for shareholders. The labour code expenses are non-recurring in nature.
