Kirloskar Pneumatic filed its FY26 Annual Report and AGM notice with BSE and NSE. Revenue from operations rose 8 percent to about Rs 17,592 crore. PAT grew 22 percent to Rs 2,584 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded from 19.0 percent to 21.7 percent. Order inflows crossed Rs 2,000 crore, a record. Board recommended total dividend of 600 percent including Rs 8.50 final, the highest ever. Company remains debt-free with Rs 12,509 crore shareholder funds. Aman Kirloskar took over as MD from K. Srinivasan. Board approved a 1:2 stock split subject to approvals. PLI approval secured for Zephyros AC range with Rs 320 crore capex plan.
Record order inflows, highest-ever dividend, zero debt and expanding margins signal strong financial health; stock split may improve liquidity and retail participation.
