Consolidated September 2026 quarter revenue fell 16% to Rs 326.3 crore and profit after tax fell 9% to Rs 40 crore. Half-year revenue fell 6% to Rs 629.4 crore, but profit after tax rose 6% to Rs 73.2 crore, helped by a Rs 11 crore exceptional land gain. EBITDA margin narrowed from 17.0% to 15.0%. Half-year operating cash flow was Rs 143.5 crore. The board also allotted 9,700 employee option shares.
Revenue and profit fell, while a one-off land gain lifted half-year earnings. Weaker margins may pressure sentiment, but cash flow is strong.
