KJMC Corporate Advisors reported a sharp decline in FY25 performance on both standalone and consolidated bases. Standalone revenue from operations fell to ₹283.14 Lacs from ₹418.47 Lacs (down ~32%), while net profit after tax dropped to ₹75.63 Lacs from ₹158.41 Lacs (down ~52%). On a consolidated basis, revenue declined to ₹850.37 Lacs from ₹960.90 Lacs (down ~11.5%) and PAT fell to ₹104.12 Lacs from ₹230.25 Lacs (down ~55%). The standalone Q4 result swung to a loss of ₹21.69 Lacs versus a profit of ₹60.36 Lacs in Q4 FY24, and standalone PBT for Q4 was negative at ₹(34.29) Lacs. The full-year results were supported by gains in fair value of equity instruments reflected in OCI of ₹783.28 Lacs (standalone). The auditor (Batliboi & Purohit) issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results. The consolidated auditor's report included an emphasis of matter relating to a pending SEBI inspection (CMFO) from July, to which management has replied and finalization is awaited at NSE's end.
Sharp revenue and profit decline, combined with a standalone Q4 loss, signals weakening core business momentum and may weigh on investor sentiment. However, the strong investment portfolio (₹5,684 Lacs) continues to support net worth, and the consolidated balance sheet strengthened with other equity rising to ₹6,365.68 Lacs.
