The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with the auditor's report carrying an unmodified opinion. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 283.14 lakh from Rs. 418.47 lakh in FY24 (~32% decline), and net profit dropped to Rs. 75.63 lakh from Rs. 158.41 lakh. Q4 FY25 standalone results swung to a loss of Rs. 21.69 lakh versus a Rs. 60.36 lakh profit in Q4 FY24. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue declined to Rs. 850.37 lakh from Rs. 960.90 lakh, and net profit fell to Rs. 104.12 lakh from Rs. 230.25 lakh. The board also re-appointed M/s L K J & Associates, LLP as internal auditor for FY26, appointed Mr. Neeraj Yadav as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and reconstituted the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
Sharply lower revenues and profits across both standalone and consolidated books signal weak core performance for FY25, with Q4 slipping into a standalone loss. Despite the weak numbers, the clean (unmodified) auditor's opinion and the unchanged leadership structure provide some comfort for existing shareholders, though the steep earnings decline is likely to weigh on near-term sentiment.
