Kkalpana Plastick swings to loss with zero operating revenue in Q1 FY27

Kkalpana Plastick reported a loss after tax of Rs 7.57 lacs in Q1 FY27 versus a profit of Rs 0.30 lacs in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations stood at zero across all reported periods, with only other income of Rs 10.49 lacs. Other expenses nearly doubled to Rs 12.76 lacs from Rs 6.38 lacs last year, pushing the company into a loss. EPS turned negative at minus 0.14. Separately, an Independent Directors Committee was formed to evaluate the open offer for 26 percent stake acquisition by Mr. Ashish Begwani.
