KMC Speciality Hospitals posted strong Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs. 8,206.03 lakhs, up about 33.7% year-on-year from Rs. 6,136.41 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue grew to Rs. 22,351.51 lakhs, a 31% jump over Rs. 17,066.28 lakhs in the same period last year, already close to matching the full FY25 revenue of Rs. 23,159.76 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter nearly doubled to Rs. 1,372.78 lakhs from Rs. 751.38 lakhs, while nine-month profit surged to Rs. 3,210.10 lakhs versus Rs. 1,690.51 lakhs earlier. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 0.84 (not annualised) and Rs. 1.97 for nine months. The operating margin also expanded, with EBITDA margin improving to roughly 31.5% from about 28% a year ago. Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
A sharp jump in both revenue and profit, combined with margin expansion, signals strong operational momentum and is likely positive for the stock. Investors should note that the 9-month results have nearly matched the full previous year's revenue, hinting at a potentially record full-year performance.
