Q2 FY27 revenue rose 52.5% year on year to INR294.76 crore; H1 revenue rose 47.2% to INR569.11 crore. Q2 EBITDA grew 29.9% to INR49.77 crore, but polymer and freight costs cut margin to 16.35% from 19.25%. Management expects price increases to improve margins from Q3. H1 profit after tax rose 34.5% to INR55.55 crore. A three-year customer contract worth INR150 crore per year supports growth. Two pinch-bottom lines are due by October 2027.
Strong growth and a major order support revenue, but margins depend on price increases. Expected recovery from Q3 is the key positive for investors.
