Knowledge Realty Trust has informed the exchanges about two new board appointments at its Manager, Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited. Mr. Sunil Ramakant Bhumralkar, a chartered accountant with 38 years of experience including a long stint as Senior Audit Partner at S.R. Batliboi and Associates LLP, has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years. Mr. Asheesh Mohta, who heads the Real Estate India business at Blackstone, has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Both appointments are effective November 10, 2025 and are subject to shareholder approval of the Manager.
