Board approved Q3 FY26 results (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 585.06 cr from Rs 743.47 cr YoY (about 21% drop). Standalone PAT crashed to Rs 17.64 cr from Rs 182.19 cr YoY. Consolidated PAT at Rs 102.72 cr vs Rs 248.27 cr. 9M standalone revenue dropped about 38% to Rs 1,561.38 cr. Exceptional item expense of Rs 15.01 cr booked in Q2. Kaleswaram Package 3 and 4 receivables stuck at Rs 1,414.39 cr with collections stalled; only Rs 89.09 cr received for Package 3 so far. Margins compressed sharply.
Sharp profit decline, weak revenue, and large stuck receivables from Telangana irrigation projects are negative signals for near-term earnings and cash flows.
