On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kody Technolab allotted 1,40,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants held by Mr Nishid Babulal Shah (non-promoter) at Rs 975 per share (Rs 10 face value, Rs 965 premium). The company collected Rs 10.24 crore as the balance 75 percent exercise price. Paid-up equity capital rose from Rs 14.42 crore to Rs 14.56 crore. Also appointed Sorab S Engineers and Co as internal auditor for FY 2026-27.
Minor dilution from warrant conversion. Non-promoter investor raising stake may signal confidence, but adds to share float.
