Kotyark Industries Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 29,649.16 Lakhs for FY26, up 4.5% from Rs 28,380.87 Lakhs in FY25. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 31,487.01 Lakhs, up 10.8% YoY. Standalone PAT grew 13.2% to Rs 1,615.79 Lakhs, while consolidated PAT increased 33.2% to Rs 1,936.40 Lakhs. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs 5 per equity share (50% on face value of Rs 10), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An emphasis of matter was raised regarding the company's Rajasthan Bio-Fuel Authority registration, where authorities seized storage tanks containing raw material and initiated criminal proceedings against a director; operations continue as permitted by the Rajasthan High Court for supply to Oil Marketing Companies.
Strong PAT growth, especially consolidated at 33%, is positive for shareholders. The dividend proposal provides additional return. However, the ongoing legal and regulatory issues with the Rajasthan unit represent a contingent risk that investors should monitor.
