KPI Green Energy posted Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 693.84 crore, up 15% YoY from Rs 602.94 crore. EBITDA grew about 21% to Rs 262 crore. However, PAT fell around 15% to Rs 94.63 crore versus Rs 111.32 crore, hit by a 139% jump in interest expense and 73% rise in depreciation. EPS stood at Rs 4.34 versus Rs 5.28. Standalone revenue rose 30% to Rs 502.21 crore but standalone PAT dipped to Rs 66.58 crore. Board appointed MSKC and Associates LLP (BDO member) as new statutory auditor for 5 years and named Kapil Kriplani as Group CFO replacing Salim Yahoo.
Strong topline growth but rising debt servicing and depreciation costs are eating into profits; CFO and auditor changes add near-term uncertainty.
