KRBL Limited submitted its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,58,435 lakh, up about 32% from Rs 1,19,918 lakh in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 15,050 lakh from Rs 8,644 lakh, a roughly 74% increase, pushing EPS to Rs 6.57. The auditor issued a qualified review report on both standalone and consolidated results due to an ongoing Enforcement Directorate investigation into the company's Joint Managing Director in connection with the Agusta Westland money laundering case; the auditors said they cannot comment on any adjustments that may be needed pending the investigation. The Board also approved the re-appointment of HMVN & Associates as cost auditors, recommended adding real estate development to the company's object clause, fixed September 24, 2025 as the AGM date, and set September 17, 2025 as the record date for the final dividend.
Strong Q1 earnings with revenue and profit well above last year should be positive for the stock, but the continuing qualified audit opinion over the ED/Augusta Westland matter remains a regulatory overhang for shareholders. The proposed move into real estate is a notable diversification step but will require shareholder approval.
