On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 revenue rose 39% to Rs 579.03 lakh from Rs 416.74 lakh, but the net loss remained Rs 539.85 lakh versus Rs 614.28 lakh. Half year revenue rose 32% to Rs 1,277.38 lakh and the loss narrowed to Rs 788.33 lakh. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 299.78 lakh, and the limited review report was unmodified. The Vizag plant remains shut under a pollution order. A merger with IPCA Laboratories awaits approvals; borrowings are Rs 22,698.56 lakh.
Revenue growth and a smaller loss help, but continued losses, high finance costs, the closed plant and low cash keep the stock outlook risky.
