Q1 FY26-27 revenue from operations rose about 45 percent YoY to about Rs 14.79 crore, led by fees and commission income of about Rs 10.98 crore and net gain on fair value changes of Rs 2.55 crore. PAT grew about 17 percent YoY to about Rs 4.41 crore versus Rs 3.77 crore, with EPS at Rs 2.18. Sequentially, PAT jumped sharply from Rs 0.36 crore in Q4 FY25-26. Bad debts rose to about Rs 3.10 crore from Rs 1.80 crore a year ago and impairments rose too. No dividend declared. Auditor Darpan and Associates issued an unqualified limited review.
Strong revenue growth and sharp QoQ PAT recovery signal improving momentum, but rising bad debts and impairments are a watch point for investors.
