On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kridhan Infra told NSE that its Q2 FY26 standalone and consolidated limited review reports were filed late because the previous statutory auditor passed away, creating a casual vacancy. The board appointed M/s Jignesh Savla and Associates as the new statutory auditor on November 14, 2025. The new auditor has since completed the review of both standalone and consolidated results. The board approved the unaudited financial results along with the limited review reports on November 27, 2025, and these have been submitted to the stock exchanges. The company stated the delay was entirely beyond its control.
Procedural compliance issue now resolved. Delay was due to auditor death, not financial trouble. No penalty or material impact disclosed for shareholders.
