Krishana Phoschem's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations surged to Rs. 1,35,823.89 lakhs in FY25, up about 47% from Rs. 92,389.77 lakhs in FY24. Profit before tax more than doubled to Rs. 12,326.58 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,906.93 lakhs), and profit after tax jumped to Rs. 8,653.95 lakhs (vs Rs. 4,044.29 lakhs), translating to an EPS of Rs. 14 (vs Rs. 6.54). Operating cash flow turned strongly positive at Rs. 15,429.95 lakhs (vs negative Rs. 8,347.36 lakhs last year), and borrowings came down. The board also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (5% on face value of Rs. 10) and appointed Cost, Secretarial, and Internal Auditors. The statutory auditor M/s Ashok Kanther & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Strong earnings growth across revenue, profitability, and cash generation should be viewed positively by shareholders. The final dividend rewards investors while the clean audit opinion and reduced borrowings reflect a healthier balance sheet.
