Krishana Phoschem's board approved audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations rising to ₹1,35,823.89 lakhs from ₹92,389.77 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 47%. Profit after tax for the year jumped to ₹8,653.95 lakhs from ₹4,044.29 lakhs, more than doubling year-on-year, lifting EPS to ₹14.00 from ₹6.54. The company also reported a strong swing in operating cash flow to ₹15,429.95 lakhs (positive) from negative ₹8,347.36 lakhs a year ago, and its long-term credit rating was reaffirmed at CRISIL A/Stable. The statutory auditor M/s Ashok Kanther & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share (5% on face value of ₹10) subject to shareholder approval, and appointed cost, secretarial, and internal auditors for FY26.
Strong topline and profit growth along with a clean audit opinion and a return to positive operating cash flow are positive signals for shareholders; the small final dividend is a token payout with the bulk of cash likely being retained for working capital and growth, given the large rise in trade receivables.
