Krishanveer Forge reported H1 FY26 revenue of ₹4,462 lakhs, almost flat compared to ₹4,481 lakhs in H1 FY25. Profit after tax jumped to ₹386 lakhs from ₹298 lakhs, a rise of about 30%, while profit before tax grew 44% to ₹553 lakhs. Q2 standalone revenue was ₹2,098 lakhs, lower than Q1 FY26's ₹2,364 lakhs. EPS for the half year stood at ₹3.53 versus ₹2.72 in H1 FY25. The company also sharply reduced its borrowings to ₹75 lakhs from ₹342 lakhs as of March 2025, and paid out ₹273 lakhs in dividends during the half year.
Despite flat top-line, strong margin expansion and 30% PAT growth signal improving profitability for shareholders. Sharp debt reduction and continued dividend payouts reflect a healthy balance sheet, though a Q2 revenue dip and rising trade receivables are minor watchpoints.
