Krishival Foods posted Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 6,667 lakhs, up about 50 percent YoY, with PAT at Rs 580 lakhs (up 17 percent). H1 revenue grew 57 percent to Rs 11,619 lakhs; H1 PAT was Rs 1,020 lakhs vs Rs 829 lakhs prior year. The new ice cream subsidiary drove strong segment growth. However, consolidated operating cashflow turned sharply negative at minus Rs 1,846 lakhs in H1, versus positive Rs 1,425 lakhs last year, due to higher inventory and receivables. Auditors gave an unmodified limited review. The firm migrated to main boards of NSE and BSE in June 2025.
Strong revenue growth and ice cream ramp-up are positives, but the sharp swing to negative operating cashflow may warrant a closer look at working capital.
