Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
KIMS received in-principle approval from BSE and NSE to issue and allot 77,02,182 warrants fully convertible into equity shares of Rs. 2 face value at a price not less than Rs. 779 each. Warrants are being issued to promoters Dr. Abhinay Bollineni, Mr. Adwik Bollineni, and Bharas Ventures LLP on a preferential basis. Total potential issue size is around Rs. 600 crore. Warrants will convert into equity shares upon exercise, leading to dilution for existing shareholders.
Potential dilution for existing shareholders once warrants convert into equity. Signals promoter confidence and commitment of fresh capital into the hospital chain.
